چکیده
Objective: Placing the internal thoracic artery (ITA) graft ipsilateral to arteriovenous fistula (AVF) for left anterior descending (LAD) revascularization in coronary bypass grafting (CABG) hemodialysis patients may cause steal. However, whether or not contralateral ITA grafts affect flow volume and pulsatility index measured based on transit time measurement of ITA-LAD anastomosis is unclear.Materials methods: Between January 2013 December 2021, 52 who underwent CABG with were divided into two groups was implemented (n = 42) 10) AVF. Results: The average age at surgery duration 65.4 ± 8.4 years old 82.5 54.5 months group 66.9 9.0 68.8 52.6 group. There no significant differences between terms LAD stenosis (87.4% 12.3% vs. 86.8% 15.2%), ventricular ejection fraction (49.0% 15.0% 46.7% 14.4%), operation (376.7 83.2 407.6 117.5 min), intraoperative (40.3 24.0 vs 38.5 16.5 mL/min), (2.7 1.2 2.3 0.6) ITA-LAD. occlusion computed tomography either weeks postoperatively. Conclusions: Our study suggests that an always be contraindicated appropriate most cases.
